By Air: Barcelona-El Prat Josep Tarradellas Airport (BCN)

Barcelona-El Prat Josep Tarradellas Airport, or simply Barcelona-El Prat Airport, is located 12 km (7.5 mi) southwest of the Barcelona.

From BCN to the City Center

Aerobus

Aerobus is a bus company that connects El Prat Airport with the city center. It operates every 5–10 minutes. The journey takes approximately 35 minutes. (Price: €7.25 per trip and €12.50 per round trip).

Metro

The L9 Sud line connects both terminals with Barcelona and with the main city metro network. The average journey is 32 minutes with a frequency of 7 minutes. (Price: €5.50 per trip).

Taxis

There are taxi stations in both terminals with enough vehicles to provide transfers to the city. (Appx. €35 per trip)

By Train: Barcelona Sants Station

Barcelona is well connected by high-speed rail (AVE) to cities like Madrid, Paris, Marseille and other major cities across Spain and Europe.  The station is in the Sants-Montjuïc district of Barcelona, a little way to the west of the city centre.
